Among them, he said, were pineapple processing plants in the EKumfi district, Pineapple and Orange processing plants in the city of Komendadina Eguafo Abrem (KEEA), cassava Starch processing plants in the Fanteakwa District, cashew processing plants in Tema, and fruit processing in Tema in West Akim District.
The other one, Mr. Kyerematen, added: shea butter processing plant in the metropolis of Accra, an avocado processing plant in Ningo-Pramprom, and the cultivation and processing of sweet potatoes into bread, chips, and biscuits in Gomoa West.
“Others include Manufacturing and distribution firms that are into pharmaceutical products in the Nsawam-Adoagyiri community, in the metropolis of Accra and in the Suhum District. The other is the production of agricultural raw materials in the Metropolitan metropolitan city, clothing production in the metropolitan city of Accra, and a factory for the production of tiles and bricks in Thanos in the Brong Ahafo region, “he added.
