The President took Twitter to break the news of his readiness to vote in the 2020 elections together with his wife.

“On Monday, 3rd August 2020, together with my beautiful Rebecca, I was at the Rock of Ages Registration Centre in Kyebi, where I registered for a voter ID Card, ahead of the conduct of the December 2020 elections,” he tweeted.

In a press conference yesterday, the Electoral Commission said it has registered more than 15 million people with about 3 days more to go, exceeding their targets for the 2020 voter ID card registration.

The president was earlier at the unveiling of the first vehicles assembled at the Volkswagen Ghana Assembly plant at the Kempinski hotel in Accra.
