A man in Vienna was fined 500 euros for blowing hard winds in front of police which police in the Austrian capital which the police found it difficult to defend.

The Österreich newspapers report that the verdict was caused by the incident on June 5 and that the offender has been fined for violating public decency.

City police wrote on Twitter that “of course no one was released accidentally”.

They added that the man had acted provocatively and uncooperatively during a meeting with police officials before the incident.

He rose from the park bench, looked at the officers, and “blew a strong wind, apparently on purpose,” they said.

The police found that the decision could be appealed.

This one was it not a question of infringement of rights?
