On the anniversary of his mother’s death a few weeks ago, multi genre singer and talented rapper, Denning Edem Hotor publicly known as Ayigbe Edem promised to release an EP in the memory of his late mother.
The rapper disclosed that the 6 track audio-visual extended play or half album will be released on July 24. He calls the EP “Mood Swings”.
The “Toto” hitmaker lost his mother at the age of thirteen. He said the theme of the EP is set around his family and friends.
He said the 6-track project is “a full display of my confidence in my understanding of art, while disregarding the orthodox concept of being a rapper or singer.”
The rapper has never released an album in his entire music career. His is rumored to be getting ready to release an album this year. Some entertainment enthusiasts believe that the “Mood Swings” project is a curtain raiser for what is coming.
The rapper revealed that videos of the six songs have already been shot, laced with six interviews that gives listeners and fans an understanding of his piece.
