Spurs are now said to be making enquiries for replacement centre-forwards which indicates that they will be willing to listen to Kane and allow him to move on.

Spurs do not actually want to sell their prized asset but Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City have all contacted Kane’s representatives in an attempt to sign the England forward according to Sky Sports.

The 27-year-old would like his future resolved before the Euros and prefers to remain in the Premier League.

The striker in most of his interviews has revealed that he would like to play for a top club in Europe and compete for trophies.

Further in the reports claim that Spurs convinced Kane to delay his plans to leave last summer after Mourinho was appointed to replace Mauricio Pochettino with hopes that their first full season under the Portuguese will be a successful one but turns out they will finish outside a Champions League spot this season.

The departure of Sergio Aguero means Man City may be on the hunt for another striker with Kane now linked with a move to the Etihad.

Chelsea have also been linked with a move for the 27-year-old along with Haaland and Romelu
