According to the organisers, the selected venue, the Hive Stadium which hosts the National League side Barnet has been affected by the rains leaving the pitch unplayable.
According to Barnet club Chairman, Tony Kleathous, though there’s no real problem with the pitch that can’t be resolved before the game, the weather has been unfriendly with them causing them to hardly have a day without rains since September.
11th April 2020, is the new date for the match between Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko according to the organisers, HRH Sports Consult and ProBall International with the consent of the Ghana Football Association.
