The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for Ketu South, Dzifa Gomashie has issued a strong message to the government and its troops in her constituency.

The New Patriotic Party Government deployed an alarming number of soldiers to the Volta and Oti regions ahead of Tuesday’s voter registration exercise, a move many think is oppressive.

Speaking at a press conference organized by the National Democratic Congress in Aflao earlier today, the woman, Dzifa Gomashie recounted her childhood life of being born to a father who was a soldier and growing up in the barracks. She said she doesn’t fear the military because she once lived with them.
