Controversial MP and Businessman Kennedy Agyapong who is known for his generosity has once again shown his good heart by donating $150,000 to bring stranded Ghanaians abroad.

The MP for Assin North who made this huge contribution to the state stated that the money was to help in the evacuation of over 1,000 Ghanaians stranded in the Western Asia country.

Kennedy who was on his own Tv station Net2 made the announcement of the donation purported to support those in need.

The stranded Ghanaians made the appeal following the government’s new policy on evacuation which dictates that all stranded Ghanaians willing to return must pay a fee to assist in their evacuation to Ghana.

All interested persons must also pay for a mandatory 14-day quarantine at selected hotels in the country before they are allowed to be evacuated.
