The Chief Executive Officer of Burniton Music World, Livingstone Etse Setekla popularly known as Stonebwoy has responded to allegations leveled against him by his former label signee, Kelvynboy.
It could be recalled that Kelvynboy earlier yesterday, insinuated on Twitter that Stonebwoy sent thugs to attack him at an event in Ashaiman. The said attack was recorded in a video which had since gone viral.
Reacting to the allegations, the Burniton music group released a one-page press release refuting the claims of Stonebwoy’s involvement in the plot.
The group refered to the allegations as “scandalous”. They said Kelvynboy’s “innuendos” against Stonebwoy are affecting his brand negatively. They also said the tweets which implicate the “Nominate” crooner in the “criminal conduct” were “calculated to cause disaffection for” him.
The Burniton music group denied vehemently, reports which insinuated that the alleged macho man involved in the scuffle was a former body guard of the “My Name” hitmaker.
The press release said the group has “instructed” its “lawyers to take appropriate steps to vindicate the legal rights of Stonebwoy and the organization.”
The group further reiterated their commitment to “shaping” the entertainment industry to produce quality products for consumers and called on the general public to disregard and treat the allegations with all the contempts they deserve.
