“In return for my friendship they accuse me, but I’m a man of prayer. They repay me evil for good, and hatred for my friendship.” Ps.109:4-5. Prayer is the best balm to soothe the pain of disappointment by fellow humans. No matter how hurting you are, continue to be harmless and helpful. Our victory doesn’t lie in vengeance. Give love to those you think don’t deserve love: God will bless. Shalom.
“Even though Elnathan, Delaiah, and Gemariah urged the king not to burn the scroll, he wouldn’t listen to them. Instead, the king commanded Jerahmeel, a son of the king, Seraiah son of Azriel and Shelemiah son of Abdeel to arrest Baruch the scribe and Jeremiah the prophet. But the LORD had hidden them.” Jer.36:25-26. Since the Lord is protecting you, those pursuing you will never succeed in getting you. They can plot evil, but can’t perform it. They can invent, but can never implement anything against you. Their hunting expedition against you will end in failure. You’re safe. Shalom.
“He’ll cover you with his feathers, and under his wings, you’ll find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.” Ps.91:4. The safety of the saint is the concern of the Lord. Because of His faithfulness, we should be fearless. Safety is guaranteed though dangers abound. God is enough for our survival until the end. No fears anymore. Shalom.
“The LORD is my light and my salvation–whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life–of whom shall I be afraid?”. Ps.27:1. The reason why we should be fearless in life is because of the fact that the faithful God is our light against every darkness and our Savior against every danger. You’re safe. No fears. Shalom.
“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I’ll fear no evil, for you’re with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” Ps.23:4. The presence of the Lord decreases fears and increases faith, though dangers abound. His presence conquers our fears, and we’re comforted because he can conquer every foe of ours.
