At the maturity stage of coconut less tasty water is obtained with harder solid food with high amounts of nutrition. Coconut contains some amount of carbohydrate and mineral salt (magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus). It also contains a high amount of fat especially when it matures. Studies indicate that coconut contains some amount of protein, fiber, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, Niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, potassium, zinc, etc.

Magnesium in coconut helps to harden bones. It strengthens the muscles and cartilage of joint bones.

It is also recommended for children who are teething
