Banana trees height ranges between 3 to 5 meters and of the botanical family Musaceae which grow in bunches weighing as much as 50kg. It is a nutritious and medicinal and a wide array of constituents. It is very rich in potassium, magnesium, iron vitamin B6, Vitamins C, B1, B2, and E, folic acid carbohydrates. Unripe banana is predominantly starchy and as it ripes the starch is converted saccharose, glucose, and fructose. Banana contains a small amount of protein, but rich in fiber.
