Two more persons have been arrested by the police in connection with the alleged ritual killing at Kasoa in the Central Region. The first two arrested suspects allegedly enticed Ishmeal Mensah into an uncompleted building and then hit his head with a club which led to his demise, buried him in building with the intent to coming for his dead body for money rituals at midnight.
The first two suspects of the murder of a 11-year-old Ishmeal Mensah purported for money-ritual had been arrested earlier at the Kasoa Divisional Police Command . They were Felix Nyarko and Nicholas Kini at Lamptey Mills, a suburb of Kasoa, Cent ral Region.
Upon further investigations, two more had been apprehended.They Charity Mensah, a traditional priestess and a nursing mother and Desmond Nii Adjei were arrested at Amanase near Suhum in the Eastern Region. Charity Mensah was arrested earlier and has been charged with abetment to commit crime, to wit murder. However, Desmond Nii Adjei arrest is the newest and so his charge is yet to be established by the police,but will be updated here at straightnewsonline.com when it is established by our sources.
